WordPress Form Plugin Halloween Deals

Which WordPress form plugins actually discount at Halloween, which run the same offer all year and which save the cut for Black Friday, judged on the renewal.

Buying a WordPress form plugin in October is confusing for a simple reason. Every builder’s pricing page shows a discount badge, and a Halloween banner sits on top of a few of them. Most of those badges are the same first-year price the plugin sells at all year, several go much deeper at Black Friday a month later, and only a handful of form plugins run a real Halloween sale.

Buy on the badge and you can pay a “Halloween” price that was already there in March, or miss a deeper cut by 4 weeks. So I have sorted the WordPress form plugin Halloween deals by what each company actually does in October, with the renewal next to every offer, because the renewal is the price you live with.

I build Core Forms, so this is the maker’s view of the market and the bias is named up front. Where another plugin is the better buy this month, I say so.

Which Form Plugins Discount at Halloween

Three form plugins have a real Halloween offer this year. The rest fall into two groups, and the group decides when you should buy:

  • A real Halloween sale: Core Forms, Fluent Forms and MetForm. Buy between October 20 and November 2, when all three overlap.
  • The same first-year discount all year: WPForms, SureForms, Ninja Forms, Everest Forms and Happyforms. The October price is the everyday price, so buy when you need the plugin.
  • Black Friday only: Gravity Forms, Formidable Forms, WS Form, JetFormBuilder and Forminator’s parent membership. If the purchase can wait, wait for the last week of November.

WPForms, SureForms and Everest Forms sit in two groups, because their everyday discount goes deeper at Black Friday. A Basic or Solo license is fine to buy now. A top-tier license is worth the wait.

Form Plugin Deals Compared

Prices are in US dollars per year unless the row says lifetime. “Last Black Friday” is what each company ran in late November 2025.

Halloween Sales Worth Buying

These three are the only form plugins with a dated Halloween offer this year. If one of them fits your project, the next two weeks are the right time.

Core Forms

Core Forms is my own plugin. It handles contact forms, polls, surveys, payments, digital downloads and software license keys, and both plans cover unlimited sites, personal and client, with every feature included.

The code HALLOWEEN takes 35% off both plans from October 20 to November 2, India time. That brings the lifetime license from $249 to $161.85 and the yearly plan from $59 to $38.35 for the first year. Renewals bill at $59, and both plans come with a 14-day refund window.

There is no free plan, so it only makes sense if you need what the paid plugin does. If your site needs one contact form and nothing else, a free plugin is enough.

Fluent Forms

Fluent Forms has the most useful free plugin in this list, and WPManageNinja, the company behind it, runs one of the few real Halloween sales in WordPress. Last year it took 40% off yearly plans and 30% off lifetime from mid-October to November 3. This year’s sale is announced on the company’s Halloween page but hadn’t started on October 15, and the pricing page still offers its everyday 20% code.

If a project needs Fluent Forms Pro today, the 20% code is fine. If it can wait a few days, wait for the Halloween sale, which last year matched the Black Friday discount exactly. The Core Forms vs Fluent Forms comparison covers where each one is the better fit.

MetForm

MetForm is the Elementor form builder from Wpmet, and its Halloween sale is already live: up to 35% off from October 15 to November 3. Last year’s Black Friday went to 40%, so the gap is small.

One thing to know before comparing last year’s numbers: MetForm raised its prices this year, from $39 to $49 a year for the entry plan, so last year’s sale prices aren’t a fair comparison. At 35% off, the entry plan comes to about $32 for the first year. Read Core Forms vs MetForm if Elementor is the reason you’re looking at it.

Discounts That Run All Year

These plugins show a discount in October, but it’s the same discount they show in March. The price is fair, and there’s no reason to rush for it or to wait for Halloween to get it.

WPForms

WPForms takes 50% off the first year on every plan, all year, and renews at full price, so Basic is $49.50 and then $99. At Black Friday the top plans go deeper: Elite reached 70% off last year and Pro 60%. Basic stayed at 50%, so a Basic buyer loses nothing by buying now and an Elite buyer should wait. Core Forms vs WPForms has the feature-by-feature view.

SureForms

SureForms sells at an introductory price all year: $59 for the first Solo year against a $69 renewal. Its Black Friday sale went up to 40% off last year, which matters more on the lifetime plans. Buy a yearly plan whenever you need it, and wait for late November if you want lifetime. Core Forms vs SureForms covers the Gutenberg side.

Ninja Forms

Ninja Forms takes 40% off the first year with the code FIRSTYEAR40, all year, and ran no Halloween or Black Friday sale last year. Its paid tiers start at $99 a year for Plus. With nothing seasonal on record, the right time to buy is when you need conditional logic, files or payments, which is what the paid tiers add.

Everest Forms

Everest Forms runs an introductory discount all year and went up to 40% off at Black Friday last year. It has lifetime plans too, and those are the ones worth waiting for.

Happyforms

Happyforms shows “$60 off” every month, with the month’s name on the banner. The October banner is the same offer as the November one, so ignore the timing.

Wait for Black Friday

These companies ran nothing at Halloween last year and kept their discount for late November. If the purchase can wait 5 weeks, waiting saves real money on the bigger plans.

Gravity Forms

Gravity Forms has no Halloween sale. Last year, from November 24 to December 2, the Elite license sold for the Pro price of $159 instead of $259, for new licenses only. Basic and Pro buyers gain nothing by waiting, and Elite buyers save $100. Core Forms vs Gravity Forms explains which add-ons sit at each tier.

Formidable Forms

Formidable Forms runs 50% off the first year all year. Last October the pricing page briefly showed 60%, without a Halloween label, and at Black Friday the discount went to 65% for Elite and 60% for Business. For the larger plans, late November is the time to buy. Core Forms vs Formidable Forms covers the directory and app features that set it apart.

WS Form

WS Form has no permanent discount and no Halloween offer. It took 30% off with the code CM30 from November 24 to December 5 last year, so this is a clear case for waiting.

JetFormBuilder

JetFormBuilder is part of Crocoblock, which took 40% off everything from November 24 to December 4 last year. Crocoblock’s own sale history shows no Halloween sale since 2019. The “Black Friday special” box on the JetFormBuilder pricing page stayed up well into this year, so don’t read it as a live Halloween offer.

Forminator Pro

Forminator’s free plugin covers a lot, and Pro is sold standalone from $50 a year or inside the WPMU DEV membership. That membership is the real Black Friday deal: last year it sold at 92% off the first year. Nothing changes at Halloween.

Compare the Renewal

A discount only changes the first payment. The renewal is what you’ll pay every year after that, and it’s the number to compare between plugins. My best WordPress form plugins guide lists the renewal prices side by side.

If you’re buying more than a form plugin this month, my WordPress Halloween deals list covers hosting, caching and SEO plugins with the same buy-now-or-wait advice, and the Halloween deals page on my blog keeps every current code in one place. If you buy tools for an agency, the same buy-now-or-wait split for hosting, SEO and SaaS tools is in my guide to Halloween software deals vs Black Friday.

My advice is simple. Pick the plugin by the job and the renewal first, then let the calendar decide when to pay for it. A 35% Halloween code on the wrong plugin still gets you the wrong plugin, only cheaper.
