Send a note to gaurav@gauravtiwari.org from the address you used at checkout. One sentence is plenty — no script, no questionnaire.

We refund the original payment method
We process the refund on our side within one business day, and your bank or card issuer typically settles it in five to ten business days. You’ll get a confirmation email the moment we issue it.

The clock starts the day you pay — not the day you install. Asia, EU, US — your local timezone applies.
No reason needed
Doesn’t fit your stack, doesn’t feel right, you simply changed your mind — all valid. We won’t ask why.
Refund to source
The money goes back to the card or PayPal you used. Bank settlement is 5–10 business days — that part’s out of our hands, but we email confirmation as soon as we issue it.
License is deactivated
Once we refund, the license is no longer active. Please uninstall the plugin from any production sites you put it on — fair’s fair.
You can come back
Changed your mind? Re-buy at any time — at the regular price, the launch coupon (CFLAUNCH), or whatever offer is live then.

What you keep after cancelling. Core Forms is yours forever on every site you have it installed on — no kill switch, no "subscription expired" banner on the front-end. You can keep using every form you already have, keep editing them, and keep creating new ones. Submissions keep saving, emails keep sending, integrations keep firing, payments keep processing. Nothing about the plugin changes the day your subscription lapses.
What you lose. Plugin updates and our support. New features, bug fixes, security patches, WordPress / PHP compatibility bumps — those need an active subscription. Re-subscribe whenever you want the latest version and the support inbox again.
