Assign a Paid Memberships Pro level after submission.
Bundled with Core Forms — the WordPress forms plugin with every premium feature in the box. No add-on tax.
Paid Memberships Pro support is built into Core Forms. Create or match the WordPress user and change their PMPro membership level. The action or trigger appears when the required plugin is active, so there is no separate Core Forms add-on to install.
Core Forms runs the integration only after a submission passes validation. Field values can be mapped with the same data-variable system used by emails, redirects, and webhooks.

Run the action only when submitted values match your rules.
