WP-CRM System support is built into Core Forms. Create the contact, classify it, and optionally open a linked opportunity. The action or trigger appears when the required plugin is active, so there is no separate Core Forms add-on to install.

Core Forms runs the integration only after a submission passes validation. Field values can be mapped with the same data-variable system used by emails, redirects, and webhooks.

What you get

How WP-CRM System works in Core Forms

Native connection

WP-CRM System must be active on the same site. Core Forms calls its WordPress API directly.

Field mapping

Map contact fields, choose phase or category terms, and optionally set the opportunity title and value.

Conditional runs

Run the action only when submitted values match your rules.

Recorded result

The submission keeps the integration result so failures can be diagnosed without guessing.
